My subscribers and I had a great shoulder workout Live on Facebook Live a couple of days ago. 4 evenings a week. Monday - Thursday for 15-20 minutes at sunset. Tune in to beautiful sunsets and low impact fitness trainings that require no equipment. I put this program together for less fortunate families who can't afford one on one personal training in a gym. I love that i can offer personal training to a family for 29 cents a day.
