I have been having a great time training my friends in my Virtual Personal Trainer group! Live on Facebook Live 4 evenings a week. Monday - Thursday for 15-20 minutes at sunset. Tune in to beautiful sunsets and low impact fitness trainings that require no equipment. I put this program together for less fortunate families who cant afford one on one personal training in a gym. I love that i can offer personal training to a family for 29 cents a day.
